A linear actuator is a small machine that creates a straight line motion, not circular motion as made by a general electric motor. These are used in computer portals like disk drives and printers, machines and ancillary tools and in valves and dampers where linear motion is needed. For example, hydraulic cylinders use this machine to generate linear motion. Many other devices also use it to produce straight line motion. A screw-jack to lift up a car at a petrol pump is another fine example of use of such an actuator. It is of five types: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, piezoelectric and electro-mechanical actuators.
There are many linear actuator suppliers in Malaysia who provide these appliances. Such appliances are needed in the computer manufacturing industry. The management selects the supplying agency they feel is affordable for bringing the components to their workshops for assembling. The agency transports the materials to the respective factory at nominal conveyance charges. Any damage or loss of item during transit is also looked into with utmost importance and necessary steps are taken. Many such apparatuses are kept in stock of these suppliers keeping in mind the demand pattern.
Fixing these actuators in the machine correctly is very important for its proper functioning and the resultant output to be applied on the machine.
